Our family had the adventure of a lifetime with Friendship Safari Experience, and our guide and driver, Nelson, made it truly unforgettable! From the moment we met him, his warmth, expertise, and passion for Tanzania’s wildlife shone through. Thanks to Nelson’s incredible spotting skills, we saw the Big Five, a cheetah cubs from a 2 fit away, and a breathtaking elephant encounter. His smooth driving and deep knowledge made every moment special. The lodges and camps were excellent, with great food and stunning views. We did not know what are we going into when we started. Michael was patient and informative. Answered all our questions. His experience and knowledge helped us see everything we dreamed off.

We just returned from an incredible four-day private safari in Tanzania with our wonderful guide, Michael. We visited three beautiful safari parks and the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribe in Tanzania – and the entire experience was unforgettable, largely thanks to him. Michael was kind, thoughtful, and full of patience. He fulfilled every request with a smile and somehow always knew what we needed before we even asked. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question with insight and passion. His sharp eye meant we didn’t miss a single animal – even those far in the distance – and he had an amazing ability to avoid the rains by reading the skies, which kept us dry and comfortable during the wet season. We’re a kosher-observant family, and Michael made sure we were always taken care of – bringing us fresh fruit, making sure we had everything we needed, and clearly communicating our dietary needs to every hotel along the way. Thanks to him, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. And the safari itself? Absolutely breathtaking. The landscapes, the wildlife, the colors – it was so beautiful we couldn’t even close our eyes during the drives. Every moment felt magical. Michael is, without a doubt, the best guide we could have asked for, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone traveling in Tanzania.

This was our third safari with Friendship Adventures. And it won't be our last. Each time the arrangements have been perfect. Emmanuel has always been our guide. We look forward to him teaching us, caring for us and making us laugh. Donald is the arranger. He does it with great skill.
